What is Reinvention Coaching?

Over 8 weeks I will guide you through the 1:1 reinvention coaching experience.  We will meet weekly over Zoom for a private undisturbed session.

I guide you through a series of concepts and gentle questioning while you come up with your own answers. 

Together we will explore your own inner landscape, and excavate your subconscious mind, in what I call shadow work.  It is a guided journey of self-discovery, where you begin to understand what is driving some of your behaviors, choices and beliefs and how those stressors are likely creating the dis-ease in your life.  

During the process, you’ll discover your personal truth, unearth some of your limiting beliefs, and raise your awareness to your thoughts and emotions up to a conscious level. 

Through a series of coaching tools and methods we will create a road map for you to follow and reach your desired outcome. 

I use my insights, skills and share my own life experiences to meet you where you are and help you to take the cultivated risks necessary to refine and redefine your life.  

We will also be using my mentor,  Nancy Levin’s transformation equation—  CHANGE = VISION + CHOICE + ACTION

so you can get more out of life, deepen your healing process and align to what you most desire.
